Fun Fact: Kethric was originally recruitable! That's why there were so many persuassion checks to convince him to join your side. He would have resided in your camp and feed you information against Gortash and Orin. They never really figured out how to make it work with everything else so they ended up scrapping the idea.

1:28:00 My favorite part of Myrkul’s monologue is “I am the regrets of those who remain.” It’s a damn good line, and… that’s probably how Myrkul gets most of his followers, isn’t it? It’s either power-hungry maniacs, or people like Ketheric Thorm, who regret being one of the only ones who remain they’ll burn the wold to change that.

Also, your party has very little conversation initiation with each other while in camp, so if not in battle, when do you hear them talk to each other?

@@pillarsofsnow7940 Yeah, that's some erroneous non logic. Oh sure, when poorly handled, over used, or not actually funny/characterizing, they bog down a movie like Ragnarok or Endgame. But take away Tony's snark and he gets way less charming. A Spiderman who doesn't use his breath on jokes is a scary Spider. But when you make the traumatized god who lost most of his people the but of the joke, with the audience laughing at him instead of with him, THEN the humor has thoroughly gotten out of control and good taste. Or when you put in so many jokes to break tension that there's not any room for tension to build enough to need breaking. The problem/selling point comes down to how and why you write in banter.

Spoilers No. Orin is not a bhaalspawn, she is the CHILD of a bhaalspawn, whereas dugre is a true bhaalspawn, literally only has 1 parent (bhaal).

I thought about this too when I first got to this part of the game... I'm on my 2nd playthrough and have made sure to pick up and carry around those brains for however many hours worth of gameplay, once I finally get back to this point of the game I'm intending to find out 😅

Sussur bark sword. It can be acquired pretty early on in act 1 and is surprisingly useful against some enemies (although damage-wise it's not that good).
