13:30 "How mad does Shadowheart get if you don't bring her here?" My mate who was playing as I was did just that. :D Not intentionally, just organic gameplay. . . . . She flat out tells you off and leaves the party. "I had this one, ONE THING that I asked of you, and you didn't bring me. Fuck off, moron - I'm out!" And, like that, she's out. :D As I've heared.

There was nothing more satisfying in my first play through than when I let Shadowheart choose for herself and watched her throw the Spear of Night into the Shadowfell of her own volition. Granted, I was also romancing her, so that was a plus. Can't wait for the next episode! The finale of Act 2 is awesome!

Your "wut..." after summoning shovel was fucking perfect.

I also really love seeing someone do a blind playthrough of a game where they know the lore, so all the little tidbits the game gives you, you understand what they mean. "The Shadowfell!??! Oh, I don't know if I want to go there..." When I played through this, I didn't understand the implications of the location because I haven't really played DnD or other games in the universe.

If you don't bring shadowheart to the shadowfell to speak with the nightsong she will permanently leave the party

I personally in this game am always like "oh, I have some ki points left, I can squeeze out another combat before I need to short rest", so it's wild for me to see this guy go like "yeah, whole party is full health still, but I spent like a quarter of my spell slots, most of them low level, I should really take a long rest"
@fumeknightofshovelry3901Ай бұрын
I long rest as little as possible and yeah it's a WILD difference.

So it was recently revealed in an interview that the dialogue getting him to surrender here was originally part of a scrapped concept where you could recruit ketheric

For my first playthrough I actually gave my complete trust to Shadowheart for the decision with Nightsong, I was curious on what she would choose by her own free will and didn't really feel my character had any stakes in the decision, and she actually did throw the spear away on her own terms without any persuasion.

This is probably the shortest version of the shadowheart scene i have seen. Ofc the whole thing with balthazar and then the 30 check. Normaly the scene gets quite more tense.

It's been quite a while, butt I distinctly remember taking full advantage of the ability in Fallout 4 to walk around in dialogue to prepare the room for what I didn't feel I was ready to handle head on. Took a few tries to pull it off without a faceful of their pew or a foot full of my boom. Then there was that time I just kept dropping mines while running from the Deathclaw the dog found. I had far more success with traps and wires in Horizon Zero Dawn.
