Loved your reaction, especially the comment about your wife. You missed the kids in the video rocking away in the background. However you are forgiven because this is such an intense piece and one must be allowed to head bang along with these two insanely talented guys. I recommend watching Eye of The Tiger and Hysteria from them , if only for the manic performances!

Little fact - the last piece of music played by the deck band on the Titanic was NOT, 'Nearer My God to Thee,' but 'Alexander's Ragtime Band.' They went out in style, and no one from that fabled band survived.

You may want to watch David Garrett on violin, His movie, "The Devils Violin," is incredible. He portays Paganini who was a metal maniac in the classical age. kzbin.info/www/bejne/rqK3Z4uuh92repo David Garrett is one of the premier violinists in the world today. He has played with Gun's and Roses, and given his physical appearance, he has made classical instruments once again cool. To hear him play any of Vivaldi's works is sheer awe.

@kathys64024 жыл бұрын
They have not broken up, just took a break from the big arena concerts. Luka missed a whole of firsts with his son, so when his daughter was born he said he did not want to miss them with her too. I really hope they start recording together again soon. Although each of them have been doing stuff on their own. Luka just dropped a cover of "Nothing Else Matters" on May 15th. The arrangement is by Apocalyptica, who are known for covering Metallica. You might want to take a listen to this one by Luka.

They did a live performance on Ellen, a US TV talk show, where they had to stop mid performance of this tune, due to wearing out the horse hair on one of the bows. Also, if you like violins and metal music, check out a Japanese band called Unlucky Morpheus, they are a technical power speed metal band. Just a warning Japanese music can become addictive. If you like rock another band for you BAND-MAID. Unlucky Morpheus - Black Pentagram BAND-MAID - Dice
