This made me cry. I am from central Italy. All my relatives too. My father is very passionate by roman history and he taught me about our ancestors since I was a kid. I remember at 15 when Gladiator was released and I was able to see this master piece. I cried for Maximus so hard because it was the first time I’ve seen a man fight to his last breath in a modern film at the time. 2 Cellos made me feel 15 again and I’m 36. Music is a powerful thing man.
