Nice job ..Using the other spring pad is a good idea .. i changed out the spring buckets on my front axle ....The welder a pipeliner i guess . I have a old like me lol 250 D . Its nice to have good tools to work with... i have replaced the end of the axle before using a jig to hold it on center ect . I used 6010 root 7018 ..i did not have a tig rig there ....worked ok . I like using a machine that has a smooth ark ,

Can’t beat old machines on the welding side they fall short on the generator side, I also considered just ordering the axle end but just ended up getting good deal on entire axle, thanks for watching !

Need 1410 to 1480 conversion u joint I ordered from Fort Wayne clutch & driveline, the brake line also needs a conversion piece I don’t have a part# for the brake line bro, but that’s the two deals you’ll need I’m using same driveline no changes there. Also the 16” wheels will not fit diameter wise on the newer disc brakes- I cheaped out and am running 2” spacers that fixed that but you’ll need atleast 17” diameter rims to fit proper over newer disc brakes if you don’t want to run spacers
