Ice cube wrote nursery rhymes compared to Tupac. Plain and simple. Tupac harnessed rap beats and lyrics. Ice cube was a talent show level MC.

Cube nursery rhymes 😂. PAC stole Cube style and Flo.. you must be 10 yrs old. Cube 🌎🐐
@derrickhoward1543 Жыл бұрын
@@Jumpshot1973 No he didn't. Their styles are different. Their flow is different. Pac actually has more variety when it comes to flows than Cube. What Pac did was study & master Cube's style. He was influenced & incorporated that influence into his music but still had his own overall style. He spoke mastering Rakim, Cube, and Krs1 style in his last full interview. I don't agree with what dude said about Cube but I won't allow you to get on here and say this without kicking the facts. Pac is much better than Cube tho. It's not even close.

Common is a real battle rapper. Don't let his conscious rapper image fool you, he's really with the shit. If you from Chi Town you would know. What Ice Cube didn't know is Common is really cut from that battle rap cloth & he taught Common was some soft rapper that would just let it slide but it was the other way around. Common used to run with a gang in Chicago way back in the day & he really had a rough life growing up & he also used to battle rap on the street corners but he just don't glorify violence in his music & he keeps it on the low & he chose to go the conscious rapper route because he said he been through so much in his life he don't want to put out that energy through his music & he also was very spiritual & his mom was in church a lot. Basically what Cube did to NWA with No Vaseline, Common did to him & Westside connection but Common is a serious battle rap genius. Ask around in Southside Chicago, he was ill & he still is today with the skills. Check out his freestyle on LA Leakers
