Fun fact about this song is that it’s all about the canning highway in my home city of Perth Western Australia that bon Scott always used to describe as the highway to hell because of how many accidents happen on it every year. We had it closed down and broke the world record for the longest stage in the world dedicated to bon last year and were changing it to the bon Scott Highway🤘

@richpeltier95194 жыл бұрын
Yes, more AC/DC and as I'm seeing many others add, do some old stuff with ol' Bon. He was a good mate. Angus Young is one of the most amazing guitarists to ever pick up an electric guitar. His brother Malcolm recently passed and was the one who wrote almost all of their great music.

It was such a shame that Brian Johnson had to drop out mid-tour 2016 because of hearing loss. He’s doing fine...,got some excellent hearing aids, although it pisses him off to have gotten “old”. But that happens to the best of us! 😀. He did an interview show on AXSTV in 2017....I think two seasons, but not sure, where he interviewed Robert Plant, Joe Walsh, Roger Daultry Paul Rodgers, Sting, Dolly Parton and others.......great show. You can still find it on AXSTV to record for those who are interested. Brian comes across as a really sweet and kind gentleman.

Hey there. I love your channel! Here are some "must do" songs and why. Pantera - Domination live in Moscow 1991 Politically there was alot going on in 91 and this concert wasn't supposed to happen. It was "Monsters of Rock Tour" which had AC/DC and Metallica headlining... and Pantera was the opening act. They came out and stole the show and made themselves legends. The guitarist Dimebag Darrell is all all time great and you'll see why. Polyphia - G.O.A.T Not even metal really. But you will understand quickly why the guitarists nickname is "Timmy Hendrix". All the band members are cream of the crop A+... Tim Henson is another level entirely and someone worth going down the youtube rabbit hole on. Watching him play is an experience in itself. Jason Richardson & Luke Holland - Tendinitis If Tim Henson is Hendrix... Jason Richardson is Stevie Ray Vaughn. He has played in some of the biggest bands in metal (All shall perish, born of Osiris, all that remains) and this is his solo album which he got a beyond talented up and coming drummer to join him. Monuments - Regenerate A very talented and refreshing band that has gone thru alot of sounds and line up changes. I personally consider this their prime although all their stuff is brilliant. Rings of Saturn - The Husk These guys are also on their own level. The guitarists have been called out multiple times on KZbin for "faking" their playing... In which they make a reply video showing how they do it... And the original accuser makes an apology video 😂 They are that good. Infant Annihilator - Blasphemian This one. I'm not sure if y'all ready for as this is about one of the most extreme bands out there and it's pretty intense. But I guarantee it'll get you hits it's a popular reaction video and tbh all the band members are goofballs just pushing the limits on things.

""Highway to Hell" was the nickname for the Canning highway in Australia. It runs from where lead singer Bon Scott lived in Fremantle and ends at a pub/bar called The Raffles, which was a big rock 'n roll drinking hole in the '70s. That's the road the song refers to.
