Great breakdown on how who get your resources, big help for us f2p players. Got pretty lucky in my pulls, only had 20 ancients left after previous events and managed to get my first Kymar and dupe pythion. Pretty crazy rates but stoked on Kymar. Got to the 5.5k champ chase pts with grinding with thousands of mystery shards and pulling a some fragment champs. Will get the 4* soul for thor then its back to resource saving.

I discovered you through your venting video reaction on other creators. I am happy to hear your are not focusing on the negative. I share the sentiment considering my play time started late 2018 and seen the "evolution", just want to say Plarium has been Plarium always - casino mechanics, not releasing content that is created for years unless player engagement falls (I happened to know people working there due to close proximity to my then office in Poland). I dont get upset anymore, no more FOMO (you get immune after the same over and over) and like the game if not clear from the 6 years playing it. My spending on the game has fallen over 10 fold in the last year. You are mentioning that they have beed doing good for a few months, I dont see comparing to last year or the year before. It feels like a constant increase of monetization practices. I dont think I am ready to be FTP, but they did save me a lot of money this year - so they did increase my monetization, I guess thank you Plarium! I wish I found you earlier, very high quality content, now I am watching all that I find interesting for an end game player. Please dont let those tacticts steal your focus and get you upset. As in the saying they got you once, shame on them.... One extra point. You can do the perma fusions if short on shards and there is a champ chase. I did 2k points from it today, as I dont see good deals to buy so going the FTP way for it - once again thank you for having no good deals and saving me money Plarium!

As I said in that video, I don't rant very often. Maybe 1-2 times a year. And I appreciate your words. I don't generally let Plarium get to me. I game the way I want, enjoy myself, and let the rest slide off my back. But I also feel an obligation to watch out for my fellow gamers. So when I see Plarium hurting the community and betraying the player base, I have to speak up. I'm glad your spending has come down over your time in RAID. I've been exceptionally lucky with pulls this last week, first was getting the 1+1 legendary after 2 sacreds and getting Gliseah and a second Teox. Pulled my Ancients for the chase and got my first double legendary 10 pull picking up Strategos Islin and my first Yannica. Also have Thor to build up as well, I'm pretty set for a while.

Congrats! Elenaril is an old school poison explode champion. Great for clearing waves, but mediocre against bosses because they nerfed the mechanic. It does literally ZERO damage against the CB. I was so disappointed....

Congratulations on your successful pulls. I did an ancient ten pull and got Giath the Trueshield and then another 10 ancients to get 4 epics including the last epic I needed for Tatsu, so I fused her. Did another ancient 10 pull and got Walking Tomb Dreng. I then did a void 10 pull and got a Raglin. Did one more ancient 10 pull and I got Foli in there. I had 2 epics from Doom Tower fragments and I pulled an epic from my remnant shards. I was able to collect all the hammer points for this event and I am thinking I might actually get the 5 star soul for Thor.

My account is on Day 76 login and I ended up pulling Arix, 4 pieces for Mikage, 2 dupes to fill out my Sylvan Watchers faction guardians and 5 more epics that I can use in faction wars. Last 2x ancient was much better for me in terms of quality epics but I'm happy with my pulls. I'm really hoping Freya isnt just sacreds, I'll have 7 by the time it comes around but I really want there to be some other way to get points.

Congrats on the pulls! No, Freyja won't be just sacreds. If the deck of fate is a shard pull event, you'll get points for any kind of shard you pull. I'm just saving sacreds because they tend to be the most efficient way to complete these kinds of events.

I just got back into the game after a 2 month break and I wasnt able to particpate in the Thor fusion. I certainly cant get Odin so I was at least hoping Id have a shot at Freyja. Depends what all the deck of fate is going to require though.

Deck of fate always has a summon type event and something else. Usually it's either a dungeon divers or artifact enhancement but the points are heavily weighted towards shards. The deck of fate has never been less than 20 sacred shards in value for the points so far. You will need approximately 14k-22k energy on top of 10 sacred shards for a DD/AE (you have 7, so add 30% more energy straight away). These energy values are from farming stage 20 of dungeons, which is the most efficient stage to farm points, so factor that in too if you are farming at lower stages, which may add another few thousand energy too. These values is from personal experience, I have used 10/12 sacred shards on 2 occasions and done the rest by farming (never again) and it's an all day, every day farm for 2/3 days and I farm fast. I would be aware not to pull your shards until you have first farmed the remaining points beforehand or it's a waste of your shards, if you fail to reach the 40k points that they always been so far that could be used for a future fusion. I pulled shards the first time and found myself scrambling hard towards the end to make the points. I was lucky and got the final 5 frags for the campion on the second from last card (average) or I probably would have missed the champ as I was almost out of time and would not have farmed enough before it ended. You will need to complete about 98-99% on average of the deck to get the champ. This is according to Saph from HH gaming, not me, who has done the math in previous events, so plan the event carefully as you are still relatively new and resources are hard to come by. DO NOT ruin future events in going for this champ imo unless you have the points in the bag first. These things come around so often that there will always be the next one running up behind this one in one form or another. The champ is very good, not busted, but at this stage of your account, most epics will also do the same/similar thing for you and are easier to book and ascend. Most leggo's only come to life when fully booked and have full masteries. Freyja is no different. I have faced her a few times in the arena already, and I just blow her away, but then I do have the champs to counter her, so I have not witnessed her full potential. Remember, farm the points gap first, expect to have to pull every card, and expect to be awake long hours lol. Good luck whatever you decide to do.

@@Dharin. Thanks for letting me know. I'm not able to do UNM clan boss at the moment so whatever event legendary I go for is going to be the only one for a while. I'll give it a second thought before going all in when the deck comes up. I have 6 leggos at the moment, Adelyn, Staltus Dragonbane, Ninja, Korugar Death-Bell, Loki and Arix. And I have some of the best epics in the game, Vogoth, Royal Guard, Magnarr, Toragi, Urogrim, Skraank, Ruella, Mordecai, Seeker and Jareg. So it's probably best to just work with what I have for the moment depending what the extra part of the deck is. If its artifact enhacement Im screwed because I have no silver, soulstones, limited like shards, champ training and dungeon divers might be ok. I need gear and 60's anyway so it would just be a lot of time grinding, I can do level 16 of the dungeons, if thats the case. But I see your point that it might not be worth it and to just invest in what I have until the account is more mature. I'll keep it in mind when the deck comes around.

@@TGBledsoe Sounds like a plan. If it is a grind fest, then do that and build points. see where you are near the end of the event, and then invest your shards if you can complete it. If you are not yet doing CB UNM then your sacred/void shard income will be quite low still. You do indeed have some of the best epics and a very good set of leggos. It seems like a well balanced roster, so concentrating on them will jump your account anyway. Although a good reviver/cleanser would really cap that off. Good luck.

Looking for some advice. I have 13 Sacreds, 70 Ancients & 36 voids. & I down UNM & NM daily. I am looking to get the Thor soul ( I got all the points from the 1st Summon Rush) but I dont know if I should pull for the points at 5500 or save shards for Freyja (who I want more than Thor's soul). If they do Freyja next week as part of this Titan Event then it will be nice to save, but if they dont and delay her till the end of the Event (we have 4 more weeks), I would have to do 1 more summon event anyway to get Thor's soul, and that could leave me in worse spot for Freyja. Or is 40ish voids and 13 or more sacreds enough to finish a Deck of Fate, point wise. Any advice would be welcome!

It's a really good question. Here's the thing - if you skip this entire Champ chase, you're giving up 250 hammer points. That's the maximum amount you can give up and still get the Thor 5-star soul. Now, for approximately 35 ancient shards worth of points (if you get an average return), you can probably get the first 100 hammer points in this event. So the decision comes down to this - are 35 ancient shards enough to make the difference for you in the Freyja deck of fate? Simultaneously, are 100 hammer points going to ensure you grab the 5-star soul? If not, then you may need to hold onto your shards and drop down to the 4-star Thor soul just to be safe. However, if you have any fragment or fusion champs you can summon for points, that would reduce the number of shards you need to pull. Also, check your gems. If you have enough gems to buy a decent number of ancient shard packs, that may help you as well. So, like I said, tough to know for sure, but I hope this helped you decide. Good luck!

I opened 60 ancients the other day trying to get Rector Drath. That didn't happen. I had 16 to pull today and got blue taxed on my 10 pull then got one epic I didn't need out of the rest. Now I'm just scrambling to try to fuse a bunch of epics to try to get some hammer points. It looks like the 5 star soul is out of reach at this point but I should still manage to get a 4 star.

I fused 10 Rhazin epics, and pulled 70 shards for 13 more epics. Got a Fayne and a Vogoth that I used to empower, and 11 chickens. Didn't hit gold during any of the other shard pull events for the Thor fusion/soul. My luck's gotta get better eventually, right? XD

It's an ever lasting vicious cycle. The "structure"/planning of events maure sense for players to hoard shards hence Plarium tries so hard to drain these shards and because Plarium akways has temping events every now and then hence people hoard...here we go again.

Agreed. It's always too much with Plarium. But since I skipped the Summon Rush, I have to go for this Champ Chase. I still have a shot at the 5-star soul, but chances are high I'll end up with the 4-star soul instead. We shall have to wait and see how the rest of the titan event unfolds. Oh, don't use the token trader if you don't have to! It's much better to turn dupes into faction guardians in the sparring pit or to empower your primary copies of those legos. The token trader is awful value, unless you've already maxed out the other two options for dupes.

It certainly can feel that way at first. Once you understand which events provide the best value and which are traps, it gets easier to save. After a little time, it will feel like the natural way to do things. So now, it's very easy for me to save shards. Thanks for the question!

Congrats on your Maneater! He's an excellent, all-around champ. AoE dec ATK on his A1, 100% TM STEAL(!), and both a block debuffs buff and an unkillable buff on his A3. One of the most powerful and valuable epics in the entire game. Well worth a 6-star. Enjoy!

The developers of plarium are great, but the management with the game is wrong. And 'support" for plarium is an disaster and disappointment, also, 3rd or 4th month rolling, and still no apology or compensation for the theft, 24h from mithralas "serpents path" stolen from dungeon divers. Should've ended in monday, they ended it in Sunday, i wrote them twice, and got ignorant and arrogant answers that they're still "working" on it. Plarium is an gambaling ukrops/israeli company, don't wait compassion or to be shamed from it.

Last week I pulled masamoto and then ate him to rank up my Loki to 6. Just now learning it was a big noob mistake to use an epic for ranking up, and using shards not during an event. I hope masa isn’t any good. 🫣

Many of us make that same mistake early on. Don't worry, you'll recover, and the epic you sacrificed was not super high value, so it could have been worse.
