The five-level parking garage of Emirates Office Tower was located at the southern end of Emirates Towers development, and was in the shape of a sand dune hugging the podium just like its counterpart next to the hotel tower. Access roads from the main ring road surrounding the buildings led directly into the lowermost level, or parking level 1, which was the same floor as the complex's basement rather than the lower ground floor owing to the buildings' location on slightly sloping ground. This floor of the garage served as self-parking for event attendees at the ballroom of the hotel on the other side of the complex as well as members of the J Club, while the rest of the basement had retail parking. Access to the loading dock of the office tower was also provided via this floor. Parking levels 2-5, which were the floors above, had spaces reserved for the office tenants. The top level 5 of the parking garage was right outside the office tower's porte-cochère, while level 4, the floor immediately below, had direct access to the upper ground floor of the retail boulevard.
The garage had two elevators, both installed by Mitsubishi as was the case with the elevators inside the office tower itself. They had tall ceilings for being garage elevators, and featured very simple cab interiors of PVC flooring with anti-slipping dots and stainless steel walls. Their cabs were deep instead of being wide in a way reminiscent of some freight and medical elevators, probably to accommodate wheelchairs, but featured center-opening instead of telescopic doors that typically come with such a configuration. They featured the black rectangular buttons, that were only used for "door open" and "door close" functions in the office tower elevators, on the rest of the COP and on the hall stations. They were roped hydraulic instead of traction units, and thus despite running in their maximum possible speed took quite long to travel from the bottom to the top landing. Unlike the office tower elevators, these did not feature floor passing chimes nor voice announcements. They seemed to have been neglected compared to the rest of the complex's elevators (as the other sets of hydraulic elevators in the development were in good shape), as the ride was quite rough and stopped with an abrupt jolt at the end of the up trip―both characteristics of being low on oil.
