I don’t like how she said “I will not be Meredith grey, I busted my ass to get here” as if Meredith didn’t bust her ass to get there. They both worked hard and I hated how Cristina always acted as if Meredith was less than her because she had a well known mom, and dated a hot shot surgeon

@@haniah7820 but Cristina was kinda right….Meredith was talked about and seen a certain way around the hospital in the beginning when it became public that she was seeing Derek. Maybe she thinks oh they’ll let that fly when it comes to Meredith bc she already had a famous surgeon mom so they can’t write off Meredith as like completely incompetent, but Cristina didn’t have that kind of padding. I also think it’s a matter of Cristina just caring more compared to Meredith about what others around her will have to say about it. She can’t say she’s all that different from Meredith since she also ended up dating an attendant but she can say she’s different when it comes to the whole disclosing part. And Cristina also dated rockstar surgeons throughout the show, she was definitely more enamored by Burke than Derek since Burke was her cardio surgeon goals at one point, I don’t think she’s jealous about that lol she didn’t date anyone that’s not a surgeon.
