Luckily, I was wearing everything I was supposed to and only suffered a dislocated collarbone, blown out knee, and a fractured skull. Very minimal road rash though. Nothing I couldn’t itch and scratch 👍🤣 Edit: and that was only at 45mph

Yeah happened to me once, i came home after riding (with gear on), it was on a hot summer day. I went inside and insantly changed my pants with shorts because i could not stand the heat, then came outside to park the bike in my garage. It took me half second to regret my choice.

@derekv275 My FJR1300, absolutely. 145 hp, stock. Very comfortable. 28k miles and the only thing I've ever done was changed a battery, tires, oil changes and adjust the valves. That FJR1300 is currently $18000. If you buy one of those two wheeled tractors, you can spend three times that to make it faster and it'll still never be as fast or reliable. I don't want to work on my motorcycle. I already have a job. I just want to ride it.
