as a poison spark player, i can tell you that the chest you want to use with good offense and defense is Incandecent Heart, also to go on your Nimis Ring... it does double duration but if you dont have enough pierce it doesnt matter at without piece spark hits and explodes,,,, so you need 5-7 pierce to really get alot of damage from nimis... not gunna put a bunch in here.... but Incandecent Heart for a chest... make some 5 pierce boots,,, can get 2 pierce on some gloves... with eld implicits...

Budget variant would probably be regular Spark on Elementalist. You can scale shock effect to 300% fairly easily while skipping crit in favor of EO and more defenses.

I briefly played a Poison Spark Occultist in SSF using "Volkuur's Guidence" lightning poison variant gloves, but the "50% less poison duration" on those is quite bad. I had to get a lot of increased duration of ailments and poison duration nodes to make up for that huge downside. For the rest I used "Singularity", curse on hit temporal chains ring (via "Mark of Submission") and I was also using 3 spark proj helmet enchant as I was very lucky to get it in lab. The "Eternal suffering" chaos cluster notable was very handy as it grants Wither stacks on hit up to 6, and with Withering Step you can an additional 6 for a total of 12 wither stacks very quickly, as spark hits very often. Remember to hit first using spark and THEN use withering step to get 12. I might've temporarily used "Profane proxy" for despair and later used "Icefang orbit" for the initial chance to poison, but I probably switched to some generic life resist ring, but I don't remember. There are two curse masteries that are very nice, first is the "+20% chance to cause ailments on cursed enemies", I used this to cap my chance to poison, the other one is the "cursed enemies are hindered", I was already using Singularity, but that hinder is only close range, with some source of curse on hit you no longer need to be close to the target to inflict hinder. I think I also had 100% chance to avoid ele ailments. I ended up scrapping the build because I had absolute shite movement speed and overall poor defenses. I could've gotten actual curse on hit rings as well as a 21 gem and other stuff, but it was in the end just an interesting experiment. Thank you for coming to my ted talk

I started this build with gems ( spark blood and sand herald withering steps despair spell echo alternatives ) dialas death rush and circle for herald for 20 divines and got a hinder spell jewel ! And it’s hold nice till you get cash going on ! Did feared on very budget ! Spicysuchi and tuna guide helped a lot !

One thing I always struggle with when rolling new characters is once I hit maps I never know how to progress through the tiers a 2nd time. Assuming no unique/stone/5way rota/carries. I would love a guide on that sometime if you have some insight to share.

I think you should aim for specific content before reroll new character, each build have it own purpose. After acts is will be chain of test run to decide when you can farm with comfy, or upgrade your gear.

I level in Blood Aqueducts/ White maps until 70 then yellows until 81 and then just keep continuing playing/grinding towards whatever goal.

lol so just rerolled and started leveling up for poison srs. the belt jewels alone are going for 2 divine each unless you want crappy ones. The budget version is nearly 20 divines now.

12 passives 3% cast speed clusters feels great on poison spark. Oh and to figure out dps I think you do rearm rate of spark divided by your duration times your per hit dps.

corrputed is used for skin of the lords chest. That chest only allows for corrupted gems to be in it. Since it's a meta build that uses that chest piece, this is the reason.

No one spark does not hit a small enemy hitbox that many times. Also you have to remember spark projectiles need pierce too. They do not have infinite pierce.

One spark can hit alot of times. It has a small cooldown where it can't hit the same target twice. Then it can again. Also immediantly if it bosses of a wall. Also numis ring resets the duration. Hit count. And pierce count. So because of nimis we need half the pierce we once did.

yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa hahahahahahahaha IM SO HAPPY POISON DOES STUFF NGL. but i really only played poison concoction where it was just exceptionally viable at the bear minimum but i could have investied and it owuld have felt so much bett.er LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEE seeing the disgustingly epic poison spark and juiceyer builds and keep having fun balor its the best feeling hahahaha legit i think i invested another 7-8 divines into my venom gyre build SOLEY for a 1 full cluster setup with the perfect +int/all attributes to cap my stats with my exact current gear for literaly a 55% MORE damage change with 0 losee in any utility features and only a softcore gamer loss of 500 hp................. 4300 down to 3800 and im lv 95 trying to push the 96 mark before the swpa cause ill never gain xp again....... and its ALREADY a buidl that FUCKING CRAZY pendulum swinging with its dps and defences but god i think im just enjoying its compelxity and the super fun budget minmaxing ive done~ 5 divines into a claw that performs better than most 15 divine+ ones and maybe 3-4 divines in all other gear with the perma beserk options nad i cleared 9 rag eregen per second with all the normal defensive settings checkmarks BARLY. all for only 3.1 million sustain REALISTIC all cases pinnacle boss dps...... which honestly is almost IDENTICAL to the full ramp posion pconc PF dps i had with 100000000000% more clear hahahahaha~ but i only put 2 divines into the other so like yea................. ofc thats with the most conservative pob setting etc, full ramp on a boss that is just a map boss or w/e maybe 6-7mil but its absolutly absurd that i cant even achive "shit just dies" levels of damage when i invested OVER 15 divines~ maybe that normal now, but its proven to me how much furuther i have ot go with my building skills and budget financing~~~~~ buuuuuuuuuut still awsome, and PLENTY of really big gem or gear upgrades i could tackle~ i just have to invest another...... 12 divines per upgrade LOLOOL. road to a 50 divines venom gyre build that only does 3.5 million dps but does it with so much comfort and style that i dont care that i use 3 portals per map.............. yep..... i really need to save and make a seismic trapper boss so i can get my 3rd and 4th void stone cause fuck me i dont have the time to deal with tft for the first time or beg some content creators yet but good luck us and cheeeeeeeeeeeers~ (cause my venom gyre build just aint it for endgame bosses LOL)

Few Ideas: Pathing left is bad, grab an oscillating sceptre and mom invocation to save a shit load of points pathing left. Get Steeped in the Profane Get Balance of Terror with wither if youve cast despair recently (basically instant full wither) 5% curse effect small node near CI is great Also, this does not have to be an expensive Build. Can swap Ashes for Diallas for a budget version.

Realistically. This build had 300 divines of gear on it at the time. But that's really not the point. The WAY I had that currency invested is almost pure defense or mechanical. Poison is actually overturned now. Well, more spififically. Temporal chains is.
