@iamahardscaper ok I am from Iceland and I think the weather is similar and here when people do this work in Iceland we change ground with frozen free under the tile probably 50-60 cm becorse frozen ground will change level of the tile in time do I am curious how do you do that and happy new year from Iceland

that is interesting! What is "frozen free"? We do about 30cm for vehicular applications and 20 cm for pedestrian.
