[3.24] Back to Basics Full Guide - All 4 Variants - 15+ Divine per Hour

In this video, I discuss my thought process behind all the Back to Basics variants I run. Additionally, while scarab prices are currently very volatile, I ran a 40 map sample and got 13.2 divines per hour just in scarabs as I ran 20 maps in 38 minutes using my Divination variant. This isn't counting any of the divination cards and large currencies I also received thus a conservative 15+ divine profit per hour is very reasonable to expect and can be as high as low 20s per hour.
This pricing is in-league pricing for 4/4/24.
Standard pricing is 60+ divines per hour.
Correction:
Horned scarabs are 100x more common. I said more rare.
When running influenced maps with bloodlines, spec into the 25% pack size nodes on the atlas tree.

Back to Basics is pretty good. Some people have said you can't "juice" higher than 12 divines per hour. I hard disagree. Also, depending on how scarab prices fluctuate will determine what scarabs you favorite or block on your atlas tree.

Ran same map, atlas setup and scarabs and got nothing but some extra scarabs sometimes but mainly standard popcorn loot. This is not the first back to basics tactic i have used and have tried 2 others with slight atlas tree setup, same results. Tested on MF build and non. Hardly any mobs vs my atlas setup with abyss, beyond, harb and deli. Not doubting this strat video but just something is not right or my RNG is so bad using this strat.

Dunno, runned two 130 quant maps with this and your suggested scarabs and got maybe 1500 monsters per map. Half stash with loot. Same map with beyond/deli/harbi gives me 5000+ mobs and 1,5 stash of loot. Im shure it all depends of back to basics roll, but maps seemed fkn ghost towns( buriel chambers).

I will do a high mob count strat in the coming days to more accurately compare, but if you getting 15-20 divine per hour the other way, that works. This strat "requires" sub 2 min maps.

Obviously this is insanely good with magic find. But what does profit look like without magic find? It would be awesome to see a 'loot from 10 with mf' and 'loot from 10 without' and see the differences.

@@loveandhate2742 you are probably extremely slow clearing the maps. These maps should be cleared in, at most, 1 min and a half 2 mins for it to be 15 divs an hour

Does league content apply with Back to Basic? If it does, would you adjust the top/bottom corner because league content give rare monster too Also, does minimal IIQ of 45 enough to follow your strategy? I'm pushing my dps time by time but have to balance defense/dps for reaching t17 so that's my optimize iiq

ran this 10 times best I got is 1 c and a few scarabs, maps drop t14 and only if I kill boss i get influenced map and even then its not worth it

seems that use 2divination scarab is better(from 250%to400, it buffed 60%, more efficient compated with monster scarabs), and what about crimson,seems that it can.be cleared faster than defied catheral

IDK what your definition of worth it is. T17 maps have reduced the price of scarabs but T17 maps have gone up in value. IDK the day to day currency per hour. And also depends on your build and speed and loot filter. Crimson temple.

I am Japanese and I use a translator, I have been working on your strategy for three days now. I play at 40% IIQ with elemental hits, if I want to farm 8 mods, do I do it with the same atlas? I am worried because my income drops while farming.

Hello Japanese person. Yes, I use this Atlas Tree for all "Back to Basic" strategies. As long as you are mapping fast at roughly 2 minutes per map, you should have high income.

Blocking mechanics also blocks their scarabs from dropping, so helps ensure that the better scarabs drop

For melee characters yeh. These maps aren't super hard because they don't have insane mob density like a breach or legion would have.

T14 maps can be upgrade to T16

when you have 4 voidstones, below tier 16 maps will not drop (besides conversions), instead they will be added to a map pool and when that tier reaches a certain number (i think it's 3) it will upgrade to the next tier

Have you tried the mysterious barrels instead of mirrored rare mobs? Several people in my guild use those instead and claim its good

I used it for a few maps and it seemed really bad. Would drop like 5 items vs a pack of mobs dropping 20.

@@Path_of_Chigurh No worries was just curious. For those of us in league I would also consider the bottom left devoted mod wheel. Very common to get; quant, pack size, rare/magic convert, rarity etc. that effect most of the mobs in the map.

You should try the atlas keystone twist of fate if your build can handle it. Since you're already doing 8 mod corrupted it would be another layer of juice. I've seen screenshots of over 400% quant with that keystone and this strat.
