Is Bastion breaker + the mastery a hidden OP , at least for fighting rare mobs? Bastion breaker has 50% chance to ignore phys reduction, and then the mastery is still there for 50% chance to ignore, does that mean you always ignore their phys reduction no matter what? Or would it only be 75% chance to ignore?

I saw the pobb is using infernal cry and brutality support. Isn't phys damage converted to fire by infernal cry therefore damage is reduced? Or I missed something?

Dual Strike can be great before and after this patch but literally nobody plays or wants to play it, so there are no guides. You might find a more advanced one for dual strike of ambidexterity, but that won't be handholdy.

This was very good, very simple, the POB looks great and I know even if you don't make a levelling version I can see that I can easily transition to it from some other guide for Jugg. I'm a SC Andy in all ARPGs I play but I much prefer to play HC builds. Pob was updated with skills and etc, no new gems, but everything else updated. and when u put his pob to new pob its literally minus double damage of his pob xD p.s u need to delete his manual inputs in description config, but overexert. and you will see that dps drops for double.

It's solid because the full hp dmg bonus means you walk through and onetap packs. It ain't the best thing around but there's ways to make it work. If the Swordstorm retaliation is strong at vaporizing single targets, then dual strike block swordstorm could have a tool to onetap packs and destroy rares and suddenly it's worth playing.

Strongly disagree with ur take on jagged technique. The whole point of aggravated bleeding is to scale ur bleed dmg from a lucky hit and scaling dot with faster bleed, hence less bleed duration. This way your entire short but high bleed procs are aggravated, not just a fraction. On average you bleed dps is much higher with jagged technique

you get cluster with attack speed and you just blink everywhre and one shot packs. i played trickster dual strike last league- around 55mil dps but that was with endgame gear. i had 3 cluster with attack speed passives and like 30attacks per second. its definetly not league starter imho

Dual Strike has a full hp enemy damage bonus. It literally oneshots packs. You should be more concerned about defenses and single target. Maybe Swordstorm can help with that.

Crimson Dance doesn't work with Aggrevate, so it would be counter-intuitive to build for 8 attacks per second on a single hit bleed build. I get what you're saying like you probably only need 30%ish chance to aggrevate but still
