Hello coach!!!! What is the difference between 3-5 method and "axe"method.i say just axe because i use it not onle one hand kettelbel but in more variations like bulgarian bag 5 reps for 30 minutes emom.And also i understand that this is a strength method but how we can combine with power like plyo exercises or metabolic conditioning?thank you.

Excuse me, but I have a doubt...if It is 3 to 5, the second day would need as a Minimum a third execise, right? Thanks!
