I've been asked this question a LOT so : to have granular delay on each FX you have to go to memory>IFX > and set them to single. Just like it was in the beginning :-)

@@kokerbeatbox many advantages bro. I also use two since years. You can process through more effects, more, channels, more of everything. in fact double coz its two. if you ever hit a wall with your looping because you need more channels then its worth using two. but if you music is fine with one then you dont need two

Hi Arthur. First of all, I love your music and your killer tutorials. Thanks so much for sharing them! I was wondering if you could help me with a 505mkII condundrum/question? Where do you set your NS thresholds for your inputs? And if you turn your NS all the way down, and your headphone volume way up, do you hear a kind of static fuzz/hiss that isn't just normal noise floor? I've seen others speak about this issue in forums and have reached out to Roland, but am still left wondering if something is wrong with my unit, or is endemic to this product. And your stuff always sounds so killer, I figured you'd be the guy to ask! Thanks so much.

Just a little add-on for your 3rd trick: If you don't want to waste 4 channels on that you can also record the harmony on one track with the one-shot off and only after recording set it to on. Of course then you can only ever play the entire harmony not not the individual notes, but you know, not everybody has two loopers ;P
