I am Mēhxica-Nahua, what people know as “aztec,” and this clay mask is genuinely how we took care of our skin. My grandfather gave me his own clay powder when i was in my early teens and was so surprised to see the “aztec” healing mask become super popular. This is a traditional skin care practice that has kept my people’s skin healthy. I’m so happy people are appreciating it

Even though this video was over 2 years ago, I hope you can see this comment because I have an ingredient question! Why do you like and recommend the Ole Henriksen Cold Plunge mask when it has irritating ingredients like menthol, peppermint oil and eucalyptus? Not trying to confront, but truly curious as to why? Are the amounts in it low enough to not worry? If this is the case, how do you know the concentration of each ingredient? The menthol is pretty high up on the ingredient list.

@marygeniusz69295 жыл бұрын
face masks wont give immediate results. So one application isnt enough. masks also draw out toxins so while it may seem bad by breaking you out, its actually helping cuz its taking all that crap from your pores. everyone does have different skin, but maybe try using water instead of ACV :)

I have been using this aztec clay mask for 1.5 years now. I have oily skin with no acne prone skin but sometimes get breakout just once in awhile, also super large pores. Here are my conclusion : the pores on my nose is smaller compared to year ago, but only on the nose, it helps the oiliness on my face but not too much, when I used this during my breakout, the breakout become less smaller but not less red, so I guess it doesn't help that much for acne

@CassandraBankson5 жыл бұрын
Jessica Denny ahh, in this case you may want to look for a mask that has more hydrating ingredients! Or that can balance and replenish skins natural lipid production. Although a sheet mask is really just a serum, you might have better luck with some of those. There is a facemask from Pacifica called the hot vegan probiotic. As long as it doesn’t irritate your skin, because it’s powerful, that one may be an excellent choice for you

😊 I related to you so much the only difference is I worked in food and now iam going into the birth worker field. But of course spending 50 dollars on a product just to give it to your mom, cousin or friend every time cause it don't work hurts. It hurts my pockets and my hope and journey to clear skin. I used to use the Aztec clay for my oily hair. I having got it in years . for no reason but I been trying new stuff but maybe I need to try it on my skin. I used Dr bonnets for my hair and skin maybe I can add this too my must rebuy list

cassandra, I've been using tons of product to clear my skin. I was once in a pill method due to hormones being all over the place. I've tried several brands such as: Ponds,St. ives, Celeteque, Clearasil and etc. I've also tried to look into my diet and being watchful of my diet. It help a lot but didn't really clear my skin. I don't suffer in pimple breakout anymore,rather acne. I've been searching and trying several methods or anything. I've cut fatty food,fast foods ,soda, coffee, fried food and junk foods. I've added oatmeal,salt scrub and mask but I still suffer acne on my face and back. Please please help me.

Hello Cassandra, I really love your content and try to watch all the videos you post. but you usually you post about acne, would you please consider hair loss in any other upcoming videos? I have PCOS and I am suffering not only from acne but also hair loss. I got used to acne but the hair loss is really scaring me. The doctors aren’t giving me an answer they say I still have new hair growing so I shouldn’t worry. I didn’t mind them thinking the hair loss will stop as the new one grows longer. It didn’t stop and now my hair is so thin and you can clearly see the line among my hair as it gets wider every day more. I started Rogaine and it’s been two months, but the hair still keeps falling in big clumps. They say the hair loss will stop 2-3 weeks after you start. My hair falls from the root I guess as every part of my head is visible if I tie my hair. And it doesn’t only falls in particular parts, it falls from all over the scalp and it doesn’t have a bulb when it falls, rarely it does. I can’t run my hand over my hair because I know my hand will get full of it, so I keep my hair braided all day. I continue using Rogaine even though I am experiencing the hair growth on my face, despite having PCOS I didn’t have extra hair on my face, now I do. Would you please do a video regarding hair loss, I would really appreciate it. Keep up with the good work!!!

I hate proactiv. I was a teen when it first came out, before they started paying celebs a million dollars to saw it worked for them. Shame on those celebs. I wasted hundreds a thousands trying to beat acne. I realized only natural ingredients worked. Like cutting up an aloe plant and sticking it to face. I’ve been using Fresh Creme Ancienne for about 10 years. Which also help w anti-aging. I’m 34 and no one think I’m older than 26. I bartend at a college bar and the kids think I’m their age.
