The way I like to use my sheet masks is squeeze the packet (while the sheet mask is still in there) and take out as much serum as possible and collect it in an empty container that previously had my moisturiser and then use the sheet mask on my face. Trust me even after u squeeze out the excess serum from it there's still enough serum left on the sheet mask for u to use. And the collected serum can be used for the next 1 week (at least).

You guys should try sheet mask packs, they come with multiple sheet masks in a tub, and are usually much cheaper, especially if you want to use one once a day.

I’d put each type of mask in a category: Most sheet masks: Either your serum or essence step Peel off masks: Exfoliating step (but rinse off) Clay masks: Sort of like an exfoliating step but also like another cleanser. It mops up all that excess oil

Looooooove ur energy, as for sheet masks i actually use them more than twice, i store them back in the packaging where there is serum left and save it for a second or third use, i secure it well and leave it in the fridge

Some great tips shared thank you - I always store my sheet masks in the fridge. They’re so compact. Once you’ve finished with a glass spice jar, thoroughly rinse it out and squeeze all the serum excess in packaging and the sheet mask into the jar. Store it on the fridge as well. Use as desired on skin. There are so many amazing collagen and different types of sheet masks which are affordable on eBay. Find a global (Asian/ Korean/ HK) distributor who won’t charge retail prices. European brands have so much price mark up it’s insane. As long as you’re doing the real work with staying hydrated, consuming nourishing foods packed with protein, fibre, nutrients these masks will compliment your skin. ❤

Great tips and lovely video. I love a good sheet mask and do one every Saturday morning. Also store mine simply in my fridge. Lovely and cooling as an added Bonus. Soo Beauty had another great sheet mask tip the other day where she suggested to put the excess serum on your face before you put the sheet mask on, to give the face the benefit of more serum and for the sheet mask to help let it absorb into the face even more. Another one to add to this list of tips :)

I LOVE sheet masks! I love how they make my face feel and my bf gets scared every time he sees me in one. I usually like to store the excess serum/essence in a jar then I'll use it for the next few days (can maybe get another 2-3 uses) with my reusable silicone sheet mask. I do use it on my neck and chest as well, but sometimes there's just too much of it to use in one go.

I will put the remaining serum left in the pack in my fridge. I will use it within a week after opening, but it's a great way to reuse! The SKII sheets masks are expensive, but I've been able to get 5 t/x out of one mask. I do not ever save the mask itself, but that extra serum yes!!!!! Fridge and use within a week, yepp 😊

I always milk my sheet masks for everything they've got. By time I'm done every inch of skin I can reach has serum. I've also made my own reusable mask out of some organic cotton muslin, that I use with the leftovers in the package on another day. Those things can be expensive, I'm not letting any of that liquid gold go to waste!

Cut slits into the mask to help it stay flush against your skin and to make it conform to your face shape! I cut mine down the centre of the chin and then fod the flaps over each other, i also do the nose bit :)

Best face mask hack: use a silicone face mask FOR your mask.. you clip them behind your ears and put it over the sheet mask and it keeps it in place and the mask doesn't dry out or fall off as a result. Subsequently, the sheet mask can then be used again. One pouch of sheet mask lasts me three uses.. I just put the mask back in the pouch with the remaining goo, back in the fridge, and I can use it two more times! 😍

So I actually have a glass vial and dropper that I clean/ sanitize and reuse and I actually just pour all the extra serum that's in the bottom of the package into the vial and use the serum and get the most use out of the mask.

You may want to try something like Paula’s Choice Clear Acne Body Spray for your back acne if you can tolerate salicylic acid. It has a good sprayer on it that helps reach the back with a 2% Salicylic Acid solution. Alcohol free. Cruelty free. Fragrance free. I don’t know if they’re vegan. Anyway, I heard you mention you’re bacne and this helps with mine. HTH

The only thing I dislike is all the extra packaging. If they could make a compostable/ biodegradable one, that would be great. I really won't buy these. Do you do any medicinal practices? like consuming things for your skin, I just started to and I swear it's making a difference, It's a chinese practice drink, with snow mushroom, jujube dates, goji berries, hot water and a brown sugar cube with almond milk.... Also can make different versions and add peach gum resin, ashwagandha, dried lily flowers and dried lotus seeds. It's like a fun ritual type thing to add to your skin care routine imo :)
