I started having knee pain around the knee cap, after few sessions with my physiotherapist I was recommended exercise to strengthen it. In between I came across your video and I changed my diet the next day I have been having fresh juices, carrots, beetroot, ginger, fresh turmeric. I add a bit of Cayenne pepper. Cinnamon and pepper , two teaspoon of LSA powder. Second one is cucumber. Green apple,pineapple , celery, lemon juice and ginger. Iv minimised tea, sugar and processed, fried for. My knees have healed in two weeks and the swelling has decreased

Thank you for this very important information. I wonder if eating only one fruit serving per day of any of these fruits applies also to other fruits consumed in a day. I usually eat bluberries for breakfast,, and a green apple and one or two kiwis as snacks during the day. This is what nutritionists where I am located recommend, but it is too much?
