Agree with you that most people do not think about legs/leg exercises with rings. Always have to listen to your opinions as you come up with gems and overlooked exercises every so often. I would add sissy squats to your list of ring leg exercises. These can be tortuous in a good way.

Yeah, I do incorporate sissy squats, using the rings for balance (as I do with pistols, though, I’m not a fan of those since my mobility isn’t great, and I’m not a fan of unilateral exercises).

Can also use a skateboard or rolling dolly for hamstring curls. I personally do step ups on a plyobox for quads and glutes and single leg calf raises with a superset of 30 wall leaning tib raises for minimal equipment ‘legs’.

There’s a video I did recently where I used my office chair for hamstring curls too. 😁
