That's why you see newer players getting them harder than they need to because they think they have to muscle the cue ball along. But beginner players are more scared of angles than they are about muscle in the cue ball. But if you get good at shop making you can work the angles to make the cue ball position a lot easier.

Angle…. My angle prob is where I stand once i see what angle needed to get the ball to go onto pocket…. Sometimes i think I’m standing for a cut shot from cue ball towards left side and aim ball not straight to hit in pocket so there needs to be a certain angle to cut in, figure out my stance for the angle and go for it and it completely goes off too far to right bounces off right side bar, i cannot find a video where someone just shows angle stand and i am not to the point where i care where the cue ends right now for my next shot, i just need to get this stance angle correct for all shots aside from my current situation where i get three in and then there’s those shots where, ahhh nope, the ball goes off into a different direction and i am thinking ‘WTF’ am i doing wrong, is it my stick is off and not straight or did i over estimate my stance
