Loved the shredded Mexican beef!! I just had a steak still frozen popped it in with some sliced onions and 6hrs later (only 1lb) so good with some Pico and cojita cheese. Turning it into rice bowls tonight!

I found some chicken breast on sale a few weeks ago and I decided to put it in the slow cooker for shredded chicken taco filling and I added some sliced onions and peppers. It was so yummy! I used it for quesadillas and burrito bowls. And as a bonus the onions and peppers basically melted so the picky eater didn't complain 🙌 love my slow cooker ♥

Definitely crisp the chicken. Wet and soggy is just gross. It makes the skin even slimier(?)

One of my local grocery stores had 20 pound boxes of chicken wings marked down to 28.99, so I have chicken wings on my meal plan this week and I am definitely going to try that drumstick recipe with those.
