Appreciate the chicken recipes I plan to make the lemon chicken & fries dish tonight.. Thank you. I also thought tongs would help turn the chicken without puncturing the thighs with a fork letting out the juices. They also help turning fries, pork chops, steaks, etc. Just a suggestion.

That’s a new way to eat Chicken in a Pita! I love fresh fermented sauerkraut but may be a bit too salty for me to heap it on. I might just do few tablespoons spoons and then add fresh cucumber slices. Thanks for this recipe Bill!

Tried the sheet pan chicken and potatoes with a side of Greek salad. Very tasty, definitely making this again. Also received my copy of "Foods of Crete" today, I'll be looking through that tonight for sure.

All 3 of those recipes looked delicious but I really want to try that chicken sandwich. Chicken thighs are my fave. I will poach chicken breasts for a salad but other than that, it’s chicken thighs for me.

I do use sea salt, but it isn't going to make much of a difference with blood pressure. All salts are going to effect blood pressure similarly

im suprised the first receipe there is no difference in cook times with skin and bone in vs. skinless boneless and it doesn't affect the potato doneness?

I liked your first recipe (the half cup of water kinda threw me🤔). After that, I stopped watching because the quick spliced in scenes was kinda throwing me off, too. So I'm out.
