These clones are a pretty good example of how being a clone really only defines your physicality and not your character. Captain Rex, and others like him, are considered moral paragons who short of being implanted with mind controlling bio ships wouldn't hurt a fly unless it was flying a CIS flag. While every clone trooper was trained for war, I'd say the influence of their individual experiences and their partnered jedi generals gave some real diversity to the clones. While Jango Fett clones are made almost entirely for the same purpose, it'd be interesting to see more of the Kaminoin's work post Endor when their clientele is no longer just Palpatine. Say for instance, what if we get Din Djarin clones? That'd be an interesting way for his character to "continue" past episode 9.

It’s things like this that make me like the legends explanation for Order 66 than canon. The Clones were extremely loyal to the republic and to palpatine, so them being able to kill the Jedi at Palpatine’s orders isn’t so out of the realm of possibility. Hell its things like Pong Krell that would reinforce the order to kill the Jedi. But the Clones can’t actually be the bad guys, they have to be victims that have no control over it.
