Hi CC, I have started to use ACV/water mix as a scalp prepoo before washing my hair. I add rosemary, tea tree and Peppermint oil to my mix.

I have used The Inkey List Salicylic Acid treatment and currently have the Pacifica Beauty Apple Cider Scalp Detox Tonic. I prefer the Pacifica Beauty one. I also have a scalp serum by Bread Beauty and I really like it. To answer your question, my favorite thing to put on my scalp is anything with pure tea tree essential oil in it.

Hi Tonya, i'm from Egypt and i've been following you for a while now and i love your videos❤, i'm still trying to understand my hair as i've been using l'oreal xtenso treatments on my hair but after finding you i decided i want to go natural and it's a hard journey but with your help i'm optimistic. As for your question i use Kaminomoto for hair growth and it makes my scalp feels so refreshed and clean and i have a very dry scalp and hair.

Man the more I listen to the professionals about hair and skin care, the more I realize for me skin and hair care all the same. Focus on being clean, moisturizing, nourishing, and protecting. My favorite ingredients are definitely tea tree oil or rosemary oil. I know if those things are in the product, my hair and scalp will be cared for.

The Inkey has been a life changer for my scalp. It keeps itching at bay in I between washes and k between braids. But I wonder what would happen if I don’t wash it out. I tend to use a wet Cotton pad to wipe it off after ten mins. But can I just leave it on?

Hello, Please offer suggestion on hyperpigmentation on the scalp. My husband cuts his hair low and has red/light brown patches on his scalp. What do you suggest? Can a scrub be used on his scalp? Do you have any recommendations on sunscreen for the scalp? Please do some videos for bald male scalp care, recommending shampoos, treatments, etc.

Hi Tonya. I guess my favorite ingredient is water, glycerin and oils. Quick question. After your last live I was gonna try the Thayer rosewater toner to rehydrate my scalp every few days and then I remembered I have this cucumber water face mist. The ingredients are water, cucumber h2o, aloe leaf juice, witch hazel, coconut h2o, rose flower h2o extract, peg 12 dimethicone, polysorbate 20, ethylhexylglycerin, phenoxyethenol, disodium edta, melia azadirachta extract, fragrance. Would this be a good substitute for the Thayers rosewater toner. i worry about the phenoexyethanol.

Hey! Olive oil (oleic acid) helps with slip in detangling with your conditioner and ACV helps with clarifying the scalp and hair. It all depends on what your hair/scalp needs at that time.

What are your views on adding lemon 🍋 juice to your scalp just before you shampoo or mixing it into your shampoo?

I wouldn't use it directly on my scalp, but I would dilute it. Adding it to your shampoo is fine, just do it in a separate bowl and not into the bottle.
