Ive only been eating well and was frustrated that there were no results. But i forgot to add healing properties to fix the gut. Im also going to implement a more diverse diet so I feel more satisfied and don't eat junk food. Thank you so much for this! Isn’t Maltodextrin bad for the gut? It’s one of the ingredients in your powder blend. Also, I believe I have MCAS, so none of this would be beneficial for me. I can’t do anything high in histamine or fermented. This really sux!!

Vegetables are full of anti nutritients( lectins, oxalacid, phytinacid) I woudlnt put them in a shake if I had already leaky gut

There are plenty things that can be wrong with the gut. For example, low stomach acid, h pylori infection, leaky gut, SIBO and inflammation. This will help heal the line of the gut and inflammation but will not fix things like infections or low stomach acid.

What about those people suffering from h pylori. Even if it’s been treated with antibiotics and get a negative. I’m still unsure it’s totally gone so would taking ACV be ok?

Hey! H. pylori can be really frustrating. It can also be an indication that there are other and balances in your gut. For example with an overgrowth of staphylococcus H. pylori is allowed to flourish. Apple cider vinegar would be just fine to take, but it will not eradicate H. pylori. Just curious what symptoms are you experiencing?

@@Wendy-Fraziermy first symptoms were in my throat. So had tightness in throat with gas. Also a burning sensation across throat. After antibiotics my gas and burning on face and throat area has reduced and am eating better But I still have the throat tightness symptoms. My thyroid uk blood test shows normal. I noticed when I eat wheat then it gets tight and lumpy in my throat. I have this throat issue everyday regardless if I eat wheat or not but it gets worse when I do. After having iron and vitamin D supplements it’s improved a little. I also have abit of Brian fog with a new symptom of burning sensation on my tongue since a month ago

Try a plant based protein powder like hemp powder which is a complete protein.

Woah! Maltodextrin in your Healthy Belly (I think it's called) Mix. That's one of the worst ingredients out there, is my understanding. 😮
