I just tried your one thing Sadhguru. I keep my stomach empty 8 hours at least before a meal. I eat 1 Rooti with jaggery at 7.00 am, rice and curry at 11:00 am and 2-3 rooti with jaggery or curry at 7:00 pm. It changed my lifestyle. Now i dont have to worry about my constipation problem. And i am completely out of street food

It may have solved your stomach issues but with that diet you can't possibly get enough nutrients you need. Eat a little more bro.

@@FRM888 i make them by putting the powder in a little bowl then adding a dab of water. Then you easily roll into little balls. then I just keep them in the bowl and they dry and stay firm in the little ball. I combine the neem and turmeric powder and make one ball.

I've followed Sadhguru for some time now, and he talks about this a lot. And I can agree, from my personal experience, that keeping the colon clean is very important for our well-being. You must have good awareness to see how you feel after going to the toilet.

For those whom it might help : Today is Sunday, a holiday for me. I was at home for the entire day, just had some chores to do at home. In the morning after coming back from toilet, I took a tablespoon of castor oil mixed with the juice of one grapefruit ( orange would also do ) on an empty stomach. Within 4 hours I had to go to the toilet two times and it was ALL CLEAR !!😂 Castor oil cleanse helps for sure. Castor oil has a bad taste, mixing with juice helps to make it somewhat agreeable. Don't sip the concoction, just gulp it down. Don't go too far away from the toilet.😂

I agree with you the avg. time between food intake and a bowel movement tend to take place at least two to three times a day. I've been taking tumeric for about 6 months now as it also effects the joints and synovial fluids by decreasing the swelling we get as we age.

did she try gluten/milk free for at least 3-6 months? it coats the lining for that long, even after you have changed your diet. Other allergies can also be easily missed, such as soy barly etc

@@ETHANR26 … She’s seen a dietician and nutritionist. They said she has no food allergies, just food sensitivity. She drinks oat milk because she never liked regular milk. She doesn’t drink alcohol it’s instant stomach pain. She really tries to see what works and what doesn’t but the results just aren’t consistent. One day she can eat throughout the day and be fine, another she can eat the same meals and have pain along with diarrhea or a couple days of constipation. I feel so bad for her because she doesn’t know what to eat without feeling this way. She’s been scoped and the Dr said everything looks good as far as that goes. Thank you for your input it’s most appreciated.

@@siddharthlachhwani1 i am 44 , i didn't observe any side effects for better and quicker results do intermittent fasting ( have only two meals a day) , if you miss for few days or weeks obsolutly fine but if you have IBS or constipation they likely to come back after stopping these things

The old way is best way 8am breakfast the most important meal (Eat your breakfast alone - meaning strong food full meal ) - old saying. After 4h at noon lunch (share your lunch - half of the amount of your breakfast) after 6h diner or around 6pm ( leave your dinner to your enemy - don't feed the demons too much eat less as possible - you have best sleep and you will love your breakfast in the morning) :D this is the perfect healthy way of eating from centuries 🙏💫

I would love to see some high protein diets from sadhguru 200/ 300 grams and still have the fasting and proper medicine inake everyday. Today i am eating around 200 grams protein, and consume d vitamin, c vitamin and other stuff like spirulina and ashwaganda to keep my body in balance. I wonder if tiripala will help improve my sleep and organs.

For those with acidity gastritis gerd etc they have to consume every two hours. 4-8 hours gap of food will make them get throat cancer

I don't have a gallbladder😭😭 since I don't have this anymore I'm not the same anymore! I have terrible consipation... severe depression, serious sleeping problems... lichen scelrosus I don't want to live anymore, this is so hard to live with similar complaints... if you have any good advice, I will be eternally grateful🙏🏻

In addition to that drink everyday warm water in the morning 4-5 :00 am like that and every 15 days ones do ekadshi fasting for 36 hours. Eat only Vetegatian food , avoid frying items and pizza, noodles, No need to woory about you health issue . Just try for three months you won't believe the result.

Daily drink 1.25 litres water (little bit hot or normal water) before going to fresh room. Do little bit rounding exercises of your body which free your small & large intestine before going to fresh room & press your bottom side of Thumb areas. You feel very energetic. Thanks

Castor oil is a miracle. Besides helping with clean colon it helps in all kind of body pains specially lower back pain due to its anti inflammatory properties

Absolutely agreed , I have leaky gut as a vegetarian! now I started to eat lean chicken because I can’t tolerate veggies anymore! Fasting helping and soluble fibre , no gluten , dairy , eggs , soya !
