i will be finished with my 3 day water only fast in less than an hour & it has been hard but i haven’t even had a lick of food !!! i have 40 minutes left i can’t wait to have some tacos 🌮 😭 y’all can do it all you have to do is set your mind. it’s not that hard i’m only 16 & i made it 72 hours without food !! y’all can do it keep pushing. when your empty of the world (food) God will fill you up with His spirit & you can hear Him clearly. this is not my first time fasting i tried the one meal a day for almost 21 days but this is my first water only fast & i made itttt thank you Jesus

I'm on day 3 and woke up feeling dizzy, nauseous, headache and shaking. I realized that I needed electrolytes - low blood sugar. I spoke to God and said You know my heart and needs before I even started this fast and I know that only You can pull me out of my flesh dramatic spoilt brat tactics. A few reactions won't get the better of me, in Jesus Mighty Name! 💪 I'm someone who learns through the fire and having my body break down and all I could do was look at God for strength, was a practical reminder that whatever I go through good and bad, God is my provider and He will ALWAYS have my back. 😎👊

I did the Esther fast. Med school is so tight but I met with God in many ways throughout the three days. I made my own modifications where I ate nothing from 6am to 6pm. I can't go three days straight without eating because I need to study and I literally stand 4hrs a day for a cadaver session in med school. The fast has been a blessings, I had two exams this week and they were all in my favor...Glory be to God. Praying has been so difficult for me due to tight study schedules and I won't lie...I get distracted a lot by my friends, they're constantly in my room, but i then decided to pray and speak in tongues every morning when I'm getting ready.

One mistake I made in Med school was allow my friends to distract me by allowing their ‘’unnecessary’’ visits in my apartment. It not just slows you with your studies but with your spiritual life too. Sometimes friends project their anxieties and insecurities on others just by being in the same environment. I would suggest you speak to God about it and learning how to create boundaries. All the best ❤️

14:00 I did this exact thing I had been smoking weed everyday for 5 years and when I asked him to help me quit he gave me the perfect opportunity I went on a trip with my dad and was 3 days sober when I got back I had no urge to smoke. Maybe a small urge but I was able to control it. Now I’m officially 1 month sober and I’m going to do a 3 day water fast until Christmas I truly believe I wouldn’t be doing this if I was still smoking weed god is slowly helping me change my life around and I love it. I’m doing this fast because I want to honor him and I appreciate him giving me the strength to quit smoking. At the time of writing this I’m almost done with the first day of the fast. The temptations are real and it is really hard honestly. But i know I can do this with the help of god. I was lead to do this fast and it honestly might be the hardest thing I’ve ever done I pray he gives me strength to finish. My moms cooking an amazing Christmas Eve dinner and I’m not even gonna be able to eat it until the morning I feel that will be my final test. Jesus give me strength to finish this.❤❤

I'm on day 3 of my fast, I decided to fast for 23 hours with a window of an hour to eat 6pm-7pm. All three days have been VERY VERY HARD. I struggle with a binge-eating disorder and I know that the devil has tricked me into believing that food is my truest form of comfort. Also, I have abstained from any sex during these days. I'm a married woman but I want god to do something transformational with my womb as I am a woman who battles with endometrial hyperplasia. I mostly did this fast to hear God's voice. I felt that I lost it in my sin when I had a fall from grace around my birthday a few months ago. I also wanted to prove that I could be obedient to Christ. I have fasted other times and have relapsed in my fast at some point, it didn't feel good and I felt more disconnected with him. I am really glad I found this video and these comments of others sharing their journey, I want to go out with a BIG OL WORSHIPPING BANG TODAYYYY PERIODT!!!!

Tracey, I have done a 3 day water fast before and did not struggle despite I was praying and reading the word. Aww so glad this blessed you and for health reasons, I'd encourage not to go over 24 hours if you do a fast sooner than later. To many weekly or monthly 3-day fasts can cause you to be very malnourished.

I did the Fast and it was such a blessing, The first time I started prayer journaling was on the fast, it has changed my life completely. The next day after ending my fast a young lady message me asking for guidance on how to develop her relationship with Christ and of course I started bible study and a partial fast, I'm doing it with her guiding her. Yahuah is so good! Unfortunately, the past few attempts of fasting for me have ended if not within the first day, then the second. Aside from one, each time I met one of the marks I was desperately trying to reach and so even if I fell off, I know it wasn't a complete failure. He is so beautiful and it truly takes discipline to seek Him, but He will meet you halfway if your heart is genuine. Girl Esther fast is actually dry fasting 72 hours continuously no water no food no drink and it feels amazing only after the 3rd day and after Esther fasting no food no drink no water (re read the scripture) Esther and her servants ate not drank for 72 hours it is awesome yessss when you really do it properly without water and food!!! I have to add this yall the amazing feeling that one does dry fasting Esther fasting which is literally NO food NO water is the presence (Kingdom of God) and I’ve prospered mightily in all areas especially legally after having done these fasts sometimes in excess of 5 or 7 days it can and has been done and also I was instructed by Spirit to do so that made it much more amazing!! This was really good! Thank for documenting this journey! Fasting is so so so essential to a believers walk on a daily basis. Sometimes I shy away from it cause it seems daunting but once I Get into it it's so so so so rewarding and God grows and speaks to me so clear he always does but fasting just brings you to another place!! Fasting isn't to make God move quicker but it's choosing to make the sacrifice of everyday normal activities and cancel them out to be before Him! Thanks Morgan for this !! I just want to say thank you for your obedience. I’m watching this 2 years after you made it for the first time and I have enjoyed every minute. I tried fasting today for a thing I’ve been wanting God to provide clarity on and it ended in frustration and I gave up. But you really gave me clarity. I was approaching it with it being all about me. I know my heart posture isn’t correct and I need God to modify that. I am going to journal tonight and start fresh again tomorrow. Thank you.

Im so grateful for your obedience to the Holy Spirit. My church is currently on a 40 day fast and during the fast each week we are suppose to choose 1 day to do a full liquid (water/tea) fast. & I was planning my day and the Holy Spirit told me to watch your video. I LITERALLY was about to go to the gym during my liquid fast to start the day and that was one of the first things you touched on. Each time I fast I always have a fear about going deeper. I had never done a water fast either and it was amazing and hard but amazing. God is so good and he’s truly blessing your ministry. I had been watching a lot of your videos and loving them. by the way its great to see how a lot of people got answers and saw miracles as soon as the 3 days fast was over or even during the fast but real question y"all.....is there anyone out there who after the 3 day fast was over is still low-key kinda feeling the same? like you spent time in the word, prayed, worshipped, you might have even did the whole 3 days and just drank nothing else but water like I did but even if you didn't it doesn't matter but after the fast was over you still feel...the same?.Don't get me wrong, I"m still praying, spending time in the word, worshipping and still believing that God will show up today, tomorrow, in the next few days, weeks maybe even months.....or is it just me? Hi Esther, I have had fast like that in the past, nothing wrong with it, it could be a sense of peace, but after a fast, I always feel refreshed, with new revelation, new clarity and a more fire to run after God. I'd encourage you to Ask the Holy Spirit to empower you to gain what it is that you need.

Girl, you are not the only one. I felt to continue to my consecration until Sunday, but felt the grace has lifted lol. Wednesday part of the day, I was down when I saw certain things in me still the same, and the fast was soon to be done. But I am now realizing, as a days past. I feel that something internally is different, and its exciting. For instance, my hunger, my routine for the better, a bit of clarity and courage to go forward, past hurts are not triggering to me. There is still other things I'm waiting to see, but I believe God is working behind the scene this month for everyone, in different ways. Maybe your miracle is still in the works. When we trust God, we also have to trust His timing. Wednesday, night I had gain meaning and perspective of circumstances and choose to just hold on the belief that He is working and to trust the process. Maybe pray, God reveal to how your working in my life, how you desire to.

I needed this. I planned to fast today I’ve only done once and God moved in my favour but last night I got home at midnight from the Boston Elevation concert that’s was great! Was looking up how to fast and thought to do a 3 day Daniel fast. Then came across you video yesterday and you have inspired me to do a three day Esther fast. I have never done a fast before and alway talked myself out of it because I could never find a detailed video on how it was done. I think the Lord knows that I look for structure and need this outline. So I thank you to taking me along in your fast. I’ve alway thought about fasting but never do it because I’ll talk myself out of it because I never thought I was prepared enough or new enough about what to do, how to pray, meditate, etc anything. This it truly my first time feeling a little confidence in this. I’m asking for prays from everyone to help me stay strong, and not get stuck on what I’m going to say or pray about.(even though I have downloaded the booklet to help. Take it at your own pace, start with praying over yourself, then journaling about your fast and goals, then pray more for the Holy Spirit to empower you to get through the fast.
