I love the 3 day juice cleanse. During the 3 days I also did a daily water enema first thing in the morning and a daily water enema before going to bed for optimal detoxing.

What about fiber. Do you add some of the pulp in your juice?
@splashofgoodness3 ай бұрын
There is always some fiber in the juice. I use my fiber in my other recipes. No waste.

I can’t afford organic, regular kale and herbs are okay and How to clean them? Do you use organic or conventional? Thanks
@ewamolenda86583 жыл бұрын
I use both! If it's not organic I wash it by adding some baking soda to the water and let it soak for 20 minutes.

Great video!! I am wondering how to calculate calories for juices? They surely can't be the same as whole fruits with fiber. Some of the fiber is left but how do I calculate calories to make sure I am not going over/under? I need to lose 30 pounds. I did a juice fast for a month and lost 20 pounds! Gained it back in 6 months due to poor food choices. I want to to it right this time (and not for more than a week or two). 1500 calories per day should be right for me to start. Any suggestions on calculating juices? Many thanks! Your channel is fabulous! I will try the sweet potato pizza tonight for our Hockey playoffs on tv tonight! Looks like a crowd pleaser to replace the greasy stuff we end up eating!

Hi Pam, thank you. When it comes to counting calories, I personally don't do it. I know that 1 liter (1000ml) of fresh orange juice is about 500 calories and 1 cup of apple juice is 114 calories, (500 ml - 456 calories) 1 cup of watermelon juice is 80 calories and so on. So, just make sure you have always fruits in your juice. I wouldn't worry about going over just make sure you have enough and you not hungry. The key to keeping the weight off is to not eat junk food afterwards and eat as healthy as possible and include exercise. All the best. You got this!

What is the name of that Juicer.
@splashofgoodness4 ай бұрын
I will be honest the juicer I use here is high-speed juicer that I would not recommend after trying slow cold press juicer because this one waste a lot of produce end up not juiced its in the bucket and you get less juice. Now I use Nama Well J2 Slow Cold Press juicer and i love it because it give me so much more juice compare to high speed juicer. Feel free to use my code EVA10 at checkout to save $55. The link for the juicer is in my profile. Right under my bio. Click on my picture icon to go to my bio or click @splashofgoodness to go there.

It's Breville juicer. I have the link to the model down below the video in description box.

I also have a Breville. Is it ok to make 4 juices for the day and keep them refrigerated or do they oxidize quickly?
@splashofgoodness3 жыл бұрын
@@pamtewes5276 Yes, you can make the juice in the morning and keep it refrigerated for the day. Make sure that you fill-up the juice to the top before you close it, otherwise it will oxidize more. Juice always oxidizes a little. It's always best to drink right away but it's not very practical for many people.
