3 DAY PLAN TO LOSE THE HOLIDAY WEIGHT I MY HEALTH JOURNEY I BEYOND BEAUTY NATASHA
As promised I am continuing sharing my health / weight loss journey with you all as I go at it one day at a time. This video is about my 3 day plan to reboot after over eating during the holidays or anytime when you feel you have fallen off the bandwagon. This 3 day plan is great to replenish nutrients , get hydrated & have you back on track on your weight loss journey! I talk about this and a lot more in this video, watch & let me know what you all thought !
As you all know I had a baby last January & like all new moms it took me some time to just get a grip on my health both mental & physical. I breast fed for almost 9 months & I did not stress my body during that time about losing weight , just ate home cooked food & took time to nurture myself to be in a state of mind to even go towards fitness again. When Shahnoor hit 13 months I realised I was ready to slowly inch my way back to a fitter me & slowly started to take baby steps towards all the things that would help me get my health back.

3 days detox plan by the one and only beauty with brain Natasha Ma’am ❤️❤️❤️ Intermittent fasting 16:8 1.5 litre water Hot water with lemon/zeera water Any seasonal fruit Smoothie 1 cup chicken broth/yakhni 1 litre water Green juice After 1 hour Carrot juice After 1 hour Broth/Yakhni 4.00 pm 1 big bowl of salad 6 pm Green juice 1.5 litre water between 7-10 pm
