I can't blame Buster for not wanting to be in the rain even though he wants to be with you. Being in the rain isn't fun and terrible for trying to keep a fire going. You are very talented at surviving in the wild and Buster must love being with you all the time at home or in your camp. It is nice that you have the chocolate with you to drink as you relax and enjoy nature rather than being stressed out at home with the urban problems we normally deal with on a daily basis. I am glad that my grandfather taught me so much about surviving in nature when growing up and you are so fortunate to have your father to show you the same thing. You are such a great example for other young people there and by knowing so much about bushcraft you can teach others how to do the same thing and educate them on how they too can learn the skills you know and pass it on. With Nature changing and the Global Warming changing the world many may have to live off the land on day and it is always nice to see young people like you who are qualified to do so and survive in abnormal conditions. Cities like London, Tokyo, Miami, New Orleans, and pars of Holland is suppose to be affected by the weather changes and you will be ready for it.

Hello Becky, the "Magical Grasshopper!" I look at rains as "liquid sunshine" realizing how beneficial it is for ducks and other web-footed creatures :) As long as you know it is coming then tis no problem to dress appropriately. It look pretty easy to see you in the solo camp for three days . All the survival content in the video look very easy. I went on camping to the jungle for a day or two but couldnt hang on more except a few hours.

I hit like on every video i qatch before i even watch it lol. Because i know its going to be good. Spoons are really cool to start carving. Because they are relatively simple to do and they teach you a lot about working the wood. Van life sounds great. It's one of my dreams as well. However vehicles scare me because my family has bad luck with them lost a few friends and family including my brother. I was also hit by a car when i was 16 while i was walking down the road. Went straight through the windshield. Lucky to still be here. Maybe ill get over it one day and get a van haha. Great vid becky. Looking forward to the next. 3 days is never enough time. If i could i spend every day. That was a beautiful spot you found ontop the hill side. What did you get at the show? You should go back each year. Did you enjoy the mead? Looks some new editions to camp. The backstop on the stump always works great. I usually hang my saw off it.

What bushcraft knives do you use? What would you recommend for a beginner? Like beginner beginner! 😂 I want to get myself a knife and start getting use to using it, like craving etc. I don’t know if I should spend a lot on a knife for my first knife or just buy a cheaper one to start off with.

I would get a mora knife, they are cheap but are great knives. My first knife was a mora companion - its like 12 pounds and its got a good blade which can be easily sharpened and its a nice size ;) if you want something bigger but more expensive go for a mora black. Hope this helps :)
