And also when we are stressed, the body excretes nicotine much quicker which makes us crave a cigarette even more. Then when we smoke we think it relaxed us but in fact it only relieved the actual craving for nicotine

I did quit smoking using NRT but only got so far but now after doing a lot of research I'm going cold turkey tomorrow. I have the NHS stop smoking app to help me keep track of my progress. Your videos have helped me understand going cold turkey really is the best way to quit. Any tips you can give would be most helpful 😊

Quiting smoking is not the main goal.. it great okey.. but not the main focus.. quiting smoking gives you a moment to really work on the emotions that's come a cross your life. Your focus will shift also your ego. knowing that emotions and ego thought will come and go makes it easier to stay quit.

A couple years ago i try quiting for a year. Relapse ofcourse i missed open up the packed. looking at the orange filter light up the cigarette. Exhale the worst smoke.. right now i look different to this situation. Why should i buy a paper box within paper tubes with leafs. To burn 1 by 1 inhale and exhale. Quiting smoking have learned me emotion come and go. That's it
