I made this and it was amazing! I followed the recipe but had some differences, due to what I had on hand: 1) Used carrot instead of zucchini. Yea, not much green but that was what I had. :( 2) Used one chicken bouillon cube instead of the chicken stock. 3) Used half a big red chilli pepper instead of the green pepper in the video. 4) Used chinese wan tan noodles. 5) Used two forks to shred the chicken instead of my hands. Couldn't wait for the chicken to cool down haha. It still turned out amazing! Thanks for another delicious, easy and affordable recipe!

This recipe is such a W. I make it 1-3 times per month since this recipe came up. It is so easy. I've made two modification that I really enjoy: * I replaced some of the salt with fish sauce * I take the first garlic out and mash it and add it to the chicken The garlic trick is extra yummy if you have leftovers for the next day. Actually, it is so good I try making it the day before just for that reason :)

This seems like a universal dish! Not so different (until the very end) from the cooking of my Polish grandmother. Also, I've had good traditional chicken soup many times in Mexican restaurants.... I think anyone can enjoy this, seems like a good start for beginners in cooking also.
