I love these videos. Im a 5"10 150 DE in the A7FL so speed is what rely on most since im so small and your videos definitely are helping me to back to where i was before my knee surgery and its helping me make my transition back to a skill position great stuff

Honestly I really like anything that involves you stepping vertical. Just take 1-2 steps at him then work whatever you’d like at that point. Anything can work

Hey coach can u anwser something for me im going into my freshman year into high school and wanna play quarterback i got the arm strength and i think i can have the leadership but Last year i was trying out for qb i was doing good throwing dimes everything but i didint get the postion they wanted me to play wr so i just settle but ive been working out since football season ended improving my core so i can throw tight spirals etc and i was just wondering How can i get that quarterback postion What more do they wanna see other than me throwing the ball?

I would say definitely legs at least 2 times per week and then generally any upper body stuff can be good at least 2 times per week as well
