I live in a household where chicken, tofu, and fish are the main sources of protein (no pork or beef as my mom gave that up a few years ago, my sister following shortly after), so beef really is scarce these days, but when we do get them... best believe I'm trying these out. Thanks for this vid!! Super cool

Hi! Been watching your cooking videos a lot and they inspired me to cook. I've read about the certain effects on our health of having low-quality material cooking wares. Can you do a video regarding the cooking wares ( pans and such), budget-friendly but good quality? Thanks!

I love watching Erwan's videos but it's disappointing how he can't even pronounce "Tagalog" right. He said TAG-a-log instead of ta-GA-log. Maybe I'm nitpicking here but imagine if he's a Filipino making a living in another country by making videos about their food, do you think he can get away with not speaking their language? He managed to learn so many languages, and he lives with help who speak Filipino. Shows you how little interest he has in speaking Filipino.

While there’s nothing wrong with cooking “Fusion Food Recipes” provided that you give the credit to where credit is due..(?) everything looks really sumptuous and delicious, especially the Bolzico Beef 👌🏽🙌🏽.. 👨🏼🍳-👨🏼🍳 Imo it’s much better if you use and call them______“INSPIRED” Dish, out of Respect. Because technically, the recipe ingredients and cooking procedure of the dishes here are NOT OG to be called by it’s OG traditional name. This is a very common Mortal SIN on Culinary Education and Nowadays Practice in Cooking and the Culinary World in general, which has become a bad precedent, hence many of the Original Traditional Dish or Cuisine of a particular Country are fast losing it’s own identity now a days… Just saying, please use “My version, ______ Inspired dish!” at the end of your named dish, if you know that you are cooking a “Fusion” recipe, especially when you know that it’s technically not what it is or the ingredients and procedure are totally different from the OG Traditional Recipe, out of respect and for you, not to mislead your viewers. “LET us Learn to GIVE the CREDIT, where Credit is DUE.”
