Matt great tips on preparing deviled eggs...using a strainer to get a good consistency and taking your time! These all look delicious. I have never seen a deep fried deviled egg, very interesting and creative.Love watching you cook

If you’re not a sexy chef like the man here,I sprinkle a far amount of salt into the boiling egg water….no salt gets to the inside of the egg but them peels will slide right off after rolling them on the counter. Works every single time. Try it saves so much time🤗 Now those deep fried ones yes please going😊 to make these,look yummy

Had to make your bacon jam and fried versions yesterday to practice for Thanksgiving after having them at your September Dallas event, everyone loved them. 1st time using ice bath. Seemed to make peeling easier. Still not sure whether to start with cold or boiling water. Next time I’ll use your seasoned flour instead of plain. Will probably make about 30 of each on Thanksgiving. 🥘💙
