I will now that I've found unsweetened almond milk yogurt (I'm dairy allergic). There's also low carb almond milk cream cheese that I use in place of cream cheese. Kite Hill is a good brand for it.

I have been switching between these 3 recipes for 5 days now. Im not a big breakfast person (I used to run on coffee until late afternoon) but i was diagnosed with diabetes 2 months ago and i was told that eating 3 balanced meals a day is very important. This is a light quick breakfast i can do. I checked my sugar levels 2 hours after these meals and it's been great! I am so happy to be a part of your channel Shelly, its so dang overwhelming when you're first diagnosed and your channel has been Heaven sent. THANK YOU!

I have been making these and want everyone to know: I stay full for 3 to 3 1/2 hrs y'all! I mix it up by alternating days of these and omelets with avocado toast (using keto bread of course). I am so digging these. Thanks Shelly!

Hi Shelly 🌸 Just letting you know that I did make recipe #2 & #3. Both recipes are very good!! I plan on keeping these in my weekly rotation. I did cut back on some of the nuts because I added some sugar-free chocolate chips to my serving on the chocolate yogurt. Thank you for these easy and tasty recipes Shelly! 🌷

Please do a video on dates for diabetics. I‘ve started eating two dates a day. I stick a couple of nuts inside the dates for fat and to slow down the blood sugar spikes. Is this okay?Any other ideas or recipes with dates?

I have it on the list! You for sure need to mix a protein/fat with those dates!!!! I need to start looking into to using dates in cooking! I have it down on my shopping list!
