As a dietitian, I work with individuals to balance blood sugar levels, maintain hormone balance, and achieve weight loss! We do this by following low net carb, high lean protein, high fiber, and omega-3 fats! Often, I am questioned by clients, ‘Can I still eat my favorite foods?’ and more diabetic slow cooker, diabetic slow cooker recipes, diabetic slow cooker meals often ‘What can a prediabetic eat?’ The most important question I am asked is on reversing prediabetes. Diabetic Pasta Recipe
2 cans palmini
12 meatballs (make sure if buying for it to be gluten free and low carb)
1 jar Raos
¼ cup mozzarella cheese
4 ounce goat cheese
Rinse Palmini.
Cook meatballs over low heat in a saucepan.
Add palmini. Cook 5-10 minutes. .
Add Raos. Cook 5-10 minutes.
Add cheese and goat cheese.
Cook on low for 5-10 minutes.
Serve
Nutrition Facts (6 servings):
Calories - 231
Total carbs - 6.3
Fiber - 0
NEW CARBS - 6.3 g
Keto Pasta Ingredients:
2 ounces of cream cheese, soften
2 eggs
Preheat the oven to 350.
Line an 8 x 8 pan with parchment paper.
Combine both ingredients in a small bowl.
Beat with an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes.
Pour mixture into pan.
Bake for 5-10 minutes.
Remove the pan from oven. Remove baked pasta mixture.
Using a very sharp knife, cut into thin slices.
Serve with your favorite diabetic sauce.

I will definitely be making all of these!! Oh,a tip for parchment staying in place is after you cut off a piece just crumple it all up into a ball and then uncrumple it and put in pan or on tray. Hope that helps for you 😊 Thank you for the recipes
