3 EASY RAW VEGAN CURRIES

Ingredients:
Curry #1
Sauce - I used coconut water and coconut meat, red chili flakes, curry powder, dates, cashews, lime, pepper, salt, garlic cloves, water, rice vinegar, chopped onions, and ginger.
Use vegetables of your choice
Curry #2
"Rice" - Cauliflower, Italian seasonings, lime juice, and salt.
Sauce - coconut water and meat, coriander, curry powder, red chili flakes, dehydrated bell peppers, dates, pepper and salt, turmeric, lime juice and sesame seeds.
Vegetables of your choice or zucchini and carrot noodles
Curry #3
"Rice" - Cauliflower, curry powder, lime juice, and salt.
Sauce - coconut water and meat, salt, pepper, curry powder, garlic, Thai chili, pistachios, lime juice, and water.
Vegetables of your choice or zucchini noodles
