Alright here are 3 easy recipes with protein powder to spice up your diet. First is chocolate brownie protein oats. 100 grams of oats and 200 mL of almond milk microwaved for 90 seconds, then the addition of 1 serving of Myprotein’s new Whey Forward Animal Free decadent chocolate brownie protein powder, and 1 cut up banana. Perfect for a pre workout meal, with plenty of carbs and high quality protein. Next is Blueberry Salted Caramel yogurt. Measure out 100g of blueberries and microwave for 30 seconds, then add 170g of greek yogurt, and 1 serving of Salted Caramel Whey Forward, mix together, and enjoy. This is currently my go to post workout snack, super simple and easy to make. Finally is a Chocolate Mint Protein Milkshake. Get a little bit of ice and 2 servings of Chocolate Mint Whey Forward, then 240 mL, or 1 serving of almond milk, blend for 90 seconds, and that is it. A delicious way to end the day and get rid of any cravings, and perfect for reaching your daily protein goal.

You put me on the protein oats a while back, I’m tapering off my bulk and I was putting 5 tbsps of pb in and I reduced it to 2 and it tastes great still, easy to modify for my goals

@@Nathan-wx7dc Yes, it was definitely overkill though. I was going around 1,100 on breakfast, 700 on lunch, and 1,100 for dinner. I just leveled it out to around 800 each and it feels much better, it makes the oatmeal s u p e r heavy though.

@@beto5500 absolutely. I find that for a 1 scoop shake, 2-3 medium sized [rectangular] ice cubes are the sweet spot, otherwise either too sweet + thick or too thin + bland.

Can you do a video of recipes with high quality protein without protein powder? I don't have money for a protein powder. Edit: I'm actually in charge of half of the groceries, so I only spend my money ok those groceries. Plus, I haven't found any store with protein powder and I don't like shopping online.

Eggs are by far the cheapest option with also really high quality protein. Look for egg recipes. Or just fry two eggs and eat them with your normal meal. To cut down on fat, just take out the yolk although I wouldn't skip them

Depends on the person. I can eat a full meal and start a workout right after(even though I may be a bit lethargic). It just comes down to how sensitive your stomach is

Remind me in early weight lifting - too much focus in food and protein powder and lesser in effective exercises and duration, the body had increased in sizing but lack of muscles separation (shredded). After stop taking whey or any other supplements - just chicken breast, fish, eggs, and rest enough the body shape getting much better in muscle separation and sharp six packs even without flexing.

The only food that has quality protein is animal meat. Vegan protein is not the best, I recommend you tu eat meat and cut the vegetables for it to be more cheaper.
