you have to evolve to your talent from an offensive scheme standpoint. if you coach college ball, that’s one thing where you can recruit to what you want to run for offense.

I don’t like hearing about how any offense other than some type of spread or modern offense will work. It will. If you only care about beating average teams. Unless you’re significantly more talented than all the other teams you will play you can’t run a bs offense. You have to run some type of spread or pro style offense.

Love the channel - thank you for the community coach. I work base 11 personnel and use Y Shallow as my base pass play. I want to develop another if/then off of this play but feel like Y-Cross is too similar. Is this where F/Y-Snag would fit in best or am I not giving the Cross enough credit? Thanks coach.

Im going in my first year head coach and calling offense again for the first time in 8 years but I feel that more reps less time going with that all the way

Your awesome, Coach. Zone over gap scheme all day though. Run zone to the 3 tech; PSG and PST have easy base blocks. Have C get Mike and BSG scoop 1 tech. BST goes to backer; RB goes right down the mid-line and cuts off of 1 tech. No double teams or combos at all...easy to run. Free lunch.

Lacrosse is killing football in Minnesota. High School season competes with football. Lacrosse leagues play year round out of HS. Indoor lacrosse in the winter. Spring leagues. It is referred to as the suburban white boy sport as there is less contact. Less concussions. Mom is happy. Thankfully no one wants to run the splitback veer in modern football, thus I have the advantage.
