Personally with your routine at the end id switch either the shoulder press or arnold press with lateral raises. Lateral raises gave me an insane amount of medial head growth once I started doing them but its a personal preference. You also said that it was more for people whose rear delt was lagging but that hasnt been an issue for me personally

Thats a great idea if you want more middle head growth! Glad rear delts were never an issue for you! Wish that was the case for me in my earlier years!

For me I don’t do upright row I do modified version of it with dumbbells it’s very good and not hurts my shoulders at all.. if anyone wondering how i do it it’s simple instead of keep the bar or dumbbells close to your body try to keep the dumbbells like a foot away from your chest and the elbow forward( not completely forward like dumbbells press) and you stop on a range where your hands is inline with your face and the elbow below your hands…upright rows is destroyed my shoulder and i try every way you can think about it but this exercise is no no for me 😄 but really that midfield version of the upright row is developed my upper back..

2:22 are reverse (or rear delt) flys. Rear Delt raises are completely different, they're the opposite of a front raise. You do them slightly bent over, and like I said, do the exact opposite movement of a front raise. Doesn't mean what you do aren't effective, they're just not what you said they are 👍

I have a question about overhead presses. If you have shoulder pain when doing any overhead pressing movements, can you just let your bench press and front raises hit the anterior delts and focus more on lateral and rear delt raises until you've completely healed? That is pretty much what I've been doing while my shoulder heals. I just wanted to know your thoughts on this especially as a natural...
