Nowadays, the best fitness content on KZbin provides evidence and cites sources. I think you would benefit a lot by explaining how you know your advice is good. I've watched a few of your videos and following your advice feels risky because, as far as I can tell, you are just basing it off your opinion or personal experience of increasing your vertical.
