I have purchased several of these black rubber coated stun guns, and eventually that coating breaks down and turns into a tar-like sticky substance. It becomes unusable at that point.

@@GunCollector007 That's ridiculous, unless you are saying that the tar-like sticky substance is INTENTIONAL, so the Seller can maximize sales. Because otherwise, why would be able to recharge the battery if it was a "one & done" product. There is nothing about this product OR YOUR VIDEO that indicates that it is not meant for repeated use. Again, ridiculous! And I think you know that.
