If someone asked me to summarize the Harbaugh era when it comes to Michigan playing in big games, I would direct them to the play at 4:25. Michigan just completed a deep bomb to Roman Wilson and got into the Red Zone. Then, after his offensive line has been getting dominated all night so far, he calls a play-action into a fake reverse and McNamara was wrecked before he could even set his feet. Just an awe-inspiringly stupid play call. Only James Franklin kills his team's momentum more than Harbaugh.

I remember that game against Hawaii when they were doing their Hawaiian dancing In The End Zone before the game and all the Georgia players just stood there with their arms folded watching and then the game started and the quarterback ended up in the hospital and Georgia ransacked their entire team. Michigan has to have a snowstorm and flu to beat Ohio State. The difference between Georgia and Ohio State is the defensive line and their linebackers. Ohio State used all offensive tackles with their offensive line. Need to get back to being more physical.

I wasn’t that surprised by the UG game. UM is a team built to play with a lead. Our defense was taylor made for them to beat us!! Once they fell behind it was like watching them against OSU for the last 2 decades. I honestly thought cincy would fair a little better. From what I could tell they were playing the way a lot of teams play against OSU. Try not to give up big plays in the passing game and play between the 20s and hope to be good enough in the redzone to force field goals. Wasn’t a bad plan just didn’t have the talent to make it work.

At couple of observations. During the coin toss, look at the size difference between Georgia and Michigan. How can Nakobe Dean, a middle linebacker, look nearly as big as Andrew Vastardis, an offensive lineman? And I don't even want to talk about the mammoth Jordan Davis. Secondly, look at the heat-seaking facial expressions of the Georgia guys, and compare them to Michigan's guys. Nakobe has killshot stare at 00:20 that told me all I needed to know about how this game was gonna go. That was a pissed off Georgia team that Michigan had to deal with.

I agree... we finally beat OSU, but that's just one obstacle on the way to the natty. That's really just the surface of the Elite waters of college football. The next step for Michigan is to get to the Elite level. Beating OSU does not put us on that level. We need to bounce back, and then beat OSU again, then go for it. It's more like Harbaugh prepared for the "big game" as Michigan vs. OSU, which of course it is, in every Michigan season. The CFP game wasn't really the same. We weren't prepared for this, because we didn't expect to make it that far.

True but Michigan also had a ton of dropped passes and errors. They played their worst game of the season. Had they showed up actually fully wanting this game and being focused, they lose by like 14 points lol.

Blitzing will only kill you if you can't cover, we spreaded them out and exposed the cover guys last time and ran just enough to keep em honest. If we stop the run and Bowers it'll be pretty bad lol

@@zachcoggins9018 yea, I'm sure Kirby didn't expect our line to hold up so well especially with how they'd played all year. I felt like you guys got some good pressure, not consistently but when it did Bryce uncharacteristically used his legs some and evaded. It'll be a great game nonetheless, I love a good chess match between two coaches and It'll be ultimately who makes the right adjustments and who executes better !

@@deebee7909 They knew. They just kept telling themselves that it's just SEC bias, because Michigan has some 5* of their own and they whooped an OSU team that had just as many 5* as GA. BIG difference between SEC and other conferences. Funny thing is, even after witnessing it, they'll still not accept facts and try to come up with some crazy, lame excuses.

I would very much like for UGA to pull off a win against BAMA but problem is the caliber team UGA was playing against in the Orange Bowl 2021. Michigan is in no way the caliber team that BAMA is. That is the problem for UGA. i AM 100% in UGA corner but I am considering the quality of team UGA played in the Orange Bowl 2021 as apposed to playing BAMA for the National Title. That said BAMA was playing a much weaker caliber team in their playoff game too. All this just proves one thing to me is that is the SEC is the conference. It's where the vast majority of 4 and 5 star high school football players gravitate to. The SEC

@@alexjean9010 I know we only scored 7 pts in 2nd half. Georgia held Michigan to 3 pts and under 250 yards for 3 qtrs. That's pretty damn impressive. Georgia still left pts off the board in first half. Think the Natty game will be a defensive type battle tho like it was in NC game in 2018.

All I have to say is, one of the best Super Bowls I have ever seen was between two teams who played in the last game of the regular season. And the losing team was 18-1 for the season. On that Jermaine Burton TD reception, I feel like Gray just didn't think that pass had the range or distance on it. He pulled up on the route thinking that either the route would be broken off sooner, or he didn't think the pass had the distance on it. Same result either way.

I feel like Kirby giving Stetson an ear full going off the field at half time affected his mojo. He wasn't on fire like he was in the first half in the second half. I get Kirby's frustration but it wasn't all on Stetson... OC calling running plays and Kirby not using the timeout.

@@jorgedeguzman5509 That second targeting call was garbage. Defenders are taught to put the crown of their helmet on the ball and try to knock the ball out while trying to make a tackle. That's exactly what the guy did. His helmet hit the ball, and not the offensive player.
