3 GIANT SINGLE SERVE OATMEAL COOKIES

Tried this today, plain oatmeal cookie without anything else in it. OMG! It's SO good! I put in about 1/4 c quick oatmeal from my Quaker breakfast oatmeal (sift out the seasonings, sugar, powdered stuff from the oatmeal). What a bonus! So soft and cinnamon-y....soo soo good!

I have been binge watching your channel (small batch). I can’t tell you how thrilled I am to have found you. You are so pleasant, real and cute! I have made your Texas sheet cake, giant oatmeal cookie, chocolate cake with the ganache and the blueberry muffins. Four out of four were a hit at my house. That is a very high compliment because my husband is the decision maker to keep or to discard on a recipe and he sets a high bar. Thank you for all these recipes, I can’t wait to try more. I know you are doing apple month but in the future if you have a recipe for fresh cranberry orange muffins that would be great.

Absolutely fantastic! Giant cookies at my local supermarket are $2.99, & they don’t offer many varieties. This is an economical way to enjoy a bakery favorite.

You could press the dough down more to make the cookie thinner.
