🌞Chickpea Bread Ingredients
👉The mold 19 cm long, 9 cm wide, 5 cm high.
👉250 ml measuring cup.
🌱2 Tablespoons of Chia Seeds.
🌱3/4 Cup of natural water (185 ml).
🌱1 medium zucchini (230 g).
🌱1 teaspoon of sugar cane honey, or coconut sugar.
🌱1 teaspoon of salt.
🌱1 and 1/2 Cup of Chickpea Flour (185 g).
🌱1/2 Teaspoon of Baking Soda.
🌱1 Teaspoon of Vinegar.
🌞Ingredients OAT BREAD AND SEEDS
👉The measurements of the mold are 19 cm long, 9 cm wide, 5 cm high.
👉250 ml measuring cup.
3 Tablespoons of Chia Seeds
1 cup of water
Seed mix:
¼ Cup of Sesame or Sesame Seeds
¼ Cup of Sunflower Seeds
¼ Cup of Flax Seeds
¼ Cup Pumpkin Seeds
3 Cups of Oatmeal
1 Tablespoon of Mascabo Sugar
½ tablespoon of salt
½ Tablespoon of dry yeast (for Homemade Bread)
1 Cup of natural water
To decorate: oat flakes and seed mix
🌞Ingredients LENTIL Bread
👉250 ml measuring cup.
👉Mold 16 cm diameter, 7 cm high
🌿 1 and 1/2 cup brown or pink lentils
🌿 1 cup of water
🌿1 cup of grated carrot
🌿2 tablespoons of TAHINI Sesame Paste (see substitution in the video)
🌿Salt, pepper, and seasonings (see quantities in the video)
🌿 whatever seed you have to decorate
