I just made a green smoothie recently for the first time for my friend with spinach/kale mix, cantaloupe, frozen pineapple, soy milk, ground ginger, lemon juice, mint leaves, frozen banana, tbs of coconut water, and raw honey.

Just so you know, if you blend the greens with the liquids first, it gets it much thinner. I use a Vitamix, but still find it better to blend the greens first.

Juicing really does make a difference. You have to let your body get used to it first. Start off with small amounts or you will completely flush your system! I quit drinking coffee in the am after I started juicing and you feel so light and hydrated. Great vid thanks for posting

Your recipes are all great already! Mine I leave out the nut milk and coconut water, my opinion is those are artificially flavored and sweetened. Instead I used sweet fruits or honey to taste.

My own recipe: ORANGE DRAMA 1/4(quarter) or a few teaspoons of lemon, depending on preference to how sour over sweet you like it, but worthy of adding nonetheless 2/3 strawberries 5 blueberries 1 big juicy orange pepper Half or full glass of water This makes one glass so ration how you please, it's full of tasty goodness. I checked and I'm now the first orange drama to lose her smoothie virginity, proud owner of this recipe. Please enjoy, hoping to share, even if it doesn't get used.

Hey, I just Googled that instead of using raw spinach if we just boil water and put spinach into it for about 1 minute and then immediately move it into cold water then we can actually increase its nutritional content.

Kate C the person above me definitely did something wrong. I’ve had just straight avocado smoothies before (they’re popular in vietnam) and they’re creamy and delicious. avocados have fats that can make you feel fuller and they make smoothies a lot creamier, but if you don’t like the flavor (although they have a really mild flavor to begin with), just adding a little bit of them to green smoothies will still give you the benefits and the creaminess
