It will just make less people watch the more she does it. For me, it is annoying and not funny one bit. It is also startling, which is the last thing I want when trying to relax and watch a calm baking video. I am sure some people find it hilarious and that is totally OK, but it just isn't to me and makes me watch her channel less than I used to.

I have always loved that you keep some bloopers in the videos, but the addition of the cracked chocolate on this one was super cool. It shows people that things don't always go perfectly (to no fault of your own), and it's great to see that side of how to cake it, what with your level of skill seeming almost impossible to match. Susan MinhTrang Nguyen I’ve made a few of her cakes and have used simple syrup. It’s not overly sweet, as it’s used to keep the cakes moist for decorating. I suggest skipping simple syrup if you plan on eating the cake the same day you make it.
